FundedYouth General Release Agreement (FYGRA)

FundedYouth reserves the right to change the FYGRA document as seen fit at any time. For individuals that have read and consented to this document, consent is reflected only in the version they have signed. To stay consistent and up to date, when the FYGRA document is changed in any way, the changes will be logged, dated, and the version will update. Signing of a previous version of the document does not account for any recent changes. All individuals participating in activities or services related to FundedYouth must sign the latest version of this General Release Agreement.

Terms and Conditions Agreement

If you under the age of 18 years old and are not an emancipated youth, your parent/guardian is required to fill out their information. We validate this information both before a class and onsite.
